This website is operated by CyberGlow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Terms”). If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use our website or purchase from us.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Accuracy of information

We try to keep product information, pricing, availability, and install guidance accurate and up to date. However, errors (typos, inaccuracies, omissions) can happen.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if any information on the site or on any related channel is inaccurate at any time (including after you submit your order).

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

We may:

  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per vehicle, per order, or per household.

  • Cancel or refuse any order (for example, suspected fraud or misuse of discount codes).

If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email and/or billing phone number you provided at checkout.

4. Custom products and fitment

Most of our products are custom or made-to-order automotive lighting upgrades.

By purchasing, you understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for making sure the product is appropriate for your specific vehicle configuration and region.

  • You will follow the installation instructions, wiring guidance, and safety notices provided.

  • Installation may require modifications that, if done incorrectly, could damage your vehicle or affect warranties offered by the vehicle manufacturer or other third parties.

Certain lighting colors or patterns (for example full-time RGB effects) may be intended for off-road, show, or display use only where required by law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and regulations related to vehicle lighting and road use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or operation outside of the provided instructions.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times shown at checkout or in emails are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to production, carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we’ll help you work with the carrier as reasonably as we can, but we are not responsible for carrier-caused delays.

6. Returns, exchanges, and issues

Because our products are custom / made-to-order, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or similar reasons.

  • Possible resolutions, such as repair or replacement
