Shipping Policy
This policy explains how we handle processing times, shipping methods, and potential delays for CyberGlow orders.
Processing & Build Time
Most of our products are custom or made-to-order. Because of this, our standard processing and build time is:
- Typically 2–3 weeks (14–21 days) from the time your order is placed to the time it is shipped.
This processing time does not include transit time with the carrier. Whenever possible, we’ll ship sooner depending on current workload and parts availability.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship exclusively via UPS Ground.
- All orders are shipped using UPS Ground service.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
We may add additional shipping options in the future, but as of now UPS Ground is the only service we use.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has shipped:
- UPS Ground delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on distance from our shipping location and UPS network conditions.
Any dates or ranges shown at checkout or in emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times are controlled by UPS, not by CyberGlow.
Possible Delays
Because our products are custom and use specialized components, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to:
- High order volume
- Supplier or parts delays
- UPS delays (weather, holidays, operational issues, etc.)
If we anticipate a significant delay beyond our typical 1–3 week processing time, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by email using the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or circumstances outside our control, but we will always try to keep you informed.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your UPS Ground tracking number and a link so you can monitor delivery progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking email.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may require additional payment for reshipping via UPS Ground.
- If an address change is needed after shipment, UPS may charge a fee, which may be passed on to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed off to UPS, the risk of loss passes to you. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and any product damage.
- Contact UPS to start a claim using your tracking number.
- Email us with your order number, tracking number, and photos, and we’ll do our best to assist with the claim and next steps.
We’ll work with you in good faith, but final decisions on lost or damaged claims may depend on UPS’s investigation.
International Shipping
If we offer international shipping at checkout in the future:
- Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
- Customs processing and international transit can extend delivery times beyond normal UPS Ground estimates.
If international shipping is not shown at checkout, we are currently only shipping to the locations and regions listed there.
