Return, Refund & Warranty Policy — Custom / Made-to-Order Products
All sales final
All CyberGlow products are custom-built and made to order. As a result, all sales are final once an order is placed.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect configuration selected by the customer, buyer remorse, compatibility assumptions, or installation issues unrelated to a product defect.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Limited exceptions — defects or fulfillment errors only
Exceptions are made only if the product arrives defective due to manufacturing fault, damaged in transit, or incorrect from what was ordered.
To be considered, you must contact us within seven calendar days of delivery, provide clear photos and or video evidence of the issue, and retain original packaging until instructed. Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility for any exception.
CyberGlow reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an issue qualifies for repair, replacement, or other resolution.
Return shipping responsibility
If a return is approved for any reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit.
Items returned without approval will be refused. CyberGlow does not provide prepaid return labels unless explicitly stated in writing.
Warranty & repair support
Covered defects that occur within the stated warranty period, as listed on the product page or documentation, may qualify for repair or replacement.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, cosmetic issues, improper installation, modification, or misuse are excluded.
All shipping costs related to warranty or repair claims are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. CyberGlow may require inspection before approving any warranty action.
Non-returnable items
Custom or made-to-order products, special orders, final sale items, installed products, and products showing signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by CyberGlow are strictly non-returnable.

Please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description. Incomplete submissions will delay or void review.
Policy authority & updates
This policy represents the entire return, refund, and warranty agreement between CyberGlow and the customer.
CyberGlow reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy published on our website at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
