CyberBeam Core Return Program

CyberBeam uses a core exchange program to keep costs down and keep OEM Cybertruck light bars in circulation instead of landfills. When you send back your original light bar (β€œcore”) in good condition, you receive an $800 core refund.

How the Core Return Works

  1. Install your CyberBeam
    Install your CyberBeam RGBW Light Bar on your Cybertruck and confirm everything is working as expected (OEM Light Show, lock/unlock, etc.).
  2. Prepare your OEM light bar
    Remove your original Tesla Cybertruck light bar carefully. Do not open the housing or attempt any repairs or modifications.
  3. Pack it securely
    We strongly recommend reusing the original CyberBeam shipping box and foam if you still have it. Wrap the bar so it cannot move inside the box and there is padding on all sides.
  4. Include your info inside the box
    Add a note with:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • Your email address and phone number
  5. Ship your core back within 30 days

    Please ship with tracking and keep your receipt until your refund is processed. Unless your order specifically included a prepaid return label, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Inspection & refund
    Once your core arrives, we inspect it to confirm it meets the condition requirements below.
    Please allow 3–5 business days from the time the package is delivered to us for inspection and refund processing. Approved core refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Core Condition Requirements

To be eligible for the full $800 core refund, your original light bar must meet the following requirements:

  • 🚫 No cracks or broken lens
  • 🚫 No major impact damage (bends, crushed areas, or heavy scuffs from a collision)
  • 🚫 Not previously opened (no cut sealant, pry marks, or aftermarket modifications)
  • 🚫 No internal water damage (flood or heavy condensation damage)
  • βœ… OEM Tesla Cybertruck light bar only – no replicas, aftermarket units, or already-retrofitted lights

If a returned core does not meet these requirements, CyberGlow reserves the right to deny or reduce the core refund. Ineligible cores will not be shipped back unless requested and return shipping is paid by the customer.


Timeline Example

  • Day 0 – Your CyberBeam is delivered
  • Day 7 – You install CyberBeam and ship your OEM bar back
  • Day 10 – We receive your core
  • Day 11–14 – Core is inspected (allow 3–5 business days)
  • Day 12–15 – $800 refund appears back on your original payment method (bank/credit card timing may vary)

As long as the core is shipped within 30 days of delivery, you’ll stay within the program window.


FAQ

Can I keep my original light bar instead of returning it?

Yes, you can keep your OEM bar if you prefer, but you will not receive the $800 core refund for that order.

What if my core is damaged?

If the bar arrives with cracks, heavy damage, signs of being opened, or internal water damage, we may have to deny or partially reduce the core refund. We’ll email you with photos and an explanation if that happens.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless your order specifically includes a prepaid return label, customers are responsible for shipping the core back to us with tracking. If a prepaid label is provided, the cost of that label may be deducted from your core refund.

Do I need to contact you before sending my core?

You don’t have to, but it helps. Including your order number and contact info inside the box is required. If you have any questions about condition or eligibility, email us before shipping.

What if I’m outside the United States?

Customers outside the U.S. can still participate, but you are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Please contact us before sending an international core return so we can advise on the best way to ship it.
